At Curlsmith, we want you to love your curls, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that do not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
